Left Brum on Thursday morning suited and booted heading for Kendal and my Neice's wedding. Just under three hours later we booked the van onto a small CL next to the Station Inn , Oxenholme near to Kendal. Site not bad no hook up or showers but we have all we need onboard.
Took a taxi into Kendal and met up with the family just in time for a quick chat before Cath and Ian arrived. Wedding over and after the photo's in the nearby park we headed for the reception. Lovley meal complete with burnt crotch thanks to the red hot soup and a careless waitress. A round of drinks later and a bottle of wine all on the house had me feeling better then it was off again to the evening do at Kendal golf club. It had been a long day so I didn't give it much with the daddy dancing but had a good time catching up with the family, a very enjoyable end to a lovely day. Taxi back to the van and we was tucked up fast asleep by 12.30.
