Trip to Scotland, day 4 Loch Lomond to Loch Claunie

Set off at 9.00 with blue sky and Angus felling much better. We worked our way back round to the west side of the Loch and followed it's shore, I'd forgotten how beautiful and huge the Loch is , it went on for miles. We stopped at Glen Coe for lunch over looked by the huge mountain , the landscape is so huge it makes you feel really small. We continued on to Fort William stopping again just outside of the town for a cuppa and the views just didn't stop coming. Refuelling in Fort William we continued on with the hope of getting to Gairloch for tea but it was now gone 5.00 and we both were feeling hungary as we came across a great stop overlooking Loch Cluanie, we pulled in , had tea and admired the view.
156 miles today, you don't get far on these Scottish roads !
