13th February Las Negras

Yet another day spent lounging about on site ,reading in the sun. Wind was strong with a cold bite but ok if you could find some shelter. Fortunately we have taken the awning and with the front facing south and open up fully it is a great sun trap.
Feeling a little restless after lunch I persuaded Angie to come with us on a walk along the cliffs heading for San Pedro, a small beach about 3 or 4miles walk with only footpaths to it. Bad idea really as Angie was looking like she was coming  down with a cold.
After walking for about an hour we got as far as Cerro Negro , a large rocky outcrop of land rising above the village. At this point Ange had had enough and we sat a while taking in the views before heading back. Great walk with an abundance of wild flowers and definitely one to try again before we head home.
