Wind still blowing but the sun's out and the awnings still up, just!
Caught up with the chores had lunch then went for a walk along the cliff tops to the next bay round. Beautiful scenery with wild flowers blooming along the cliffs. Passed an old fort that had been converted into a holiday home before arriving at the beach, a large stretch of sand backed by low dunes undeveloped and we'll worth the walk. We sat out of the wind in the sun listening to the sound of the sea, this is what it's all about.
Walking back we found the awning flapping around so decided to let the air out and calapse it holding it down with water bottles.
Off to bed with yet another windy night install and still no Internet !
If only I'd packed the tripod !
