Left home in the van with a heavy looking sky and it rained on and off on the journey. It only took 1.5 hrs and we rolled onto the site , a small CL 2 mile outside of Buxton. We booled on and decided as it was still early in the day to take a look around Buxton. We dumped the van on a car park and spent a couple of hours looking around the shops and taking in the sites while dodging showers. Its a nice town and we will definitely rwvisit when the weather is kinder.
Back at the site we popped the roof up as the sun whent down and the sky cleared, we were in for a cold night.
